Warranty
All items with the Custom Works logo manufactured by Custom Works are covered by a waranty to be free from material or workmanship defects at the time of shipping. Custom Works reserves the right to inspect any possible defective parts returned within 30 days of purchase. Custom Works does not assume any financial resposibility for any expenses for labor for removal, installation, or freight. Any item returned and determined to be defective will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Custom Works. Small pin holes, and weave "print through" are characteristics of composite parts and are not considered defects. Any part that has been modified cannot be returned. Parts manufactured by Custom Works are not returnable after 30 days of purchase. Parts manufactured by Custom Works are covered for defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Customer shall at their expense return part to Custom Works to inspect to determine warrantee coverage
Items not manufactured by Custom Works are covered by the original manufacturers warantee, and subject to their terms and conditions. Any Claim for warantee defect shall be made within 30 days of purchase. Custom Works shall be notified, and it is the purchasers discretion if they wish to contact the manufacturer directly or have Custom Works contact on their behalf. All defective parts shall be returned to the manufacturer directly by the purchaser, and shall get return authorization from Custom Works or the manufacturer first. Custom Works assumes no financial resposibility for expenses related to installation, removal, or freight.
Any items damaged in freight are not subject to any warantee. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon receiving in the presence of the shipper. If shipping damage has occured, the shipping company and Custom Works shall be notified, and claim made immediately. All packaging must be saved for evaluation.
Payments
Orders shall be paid in full prior to receiving merchandise. Any cancelled, insufficeint, fraudulent, or non payment shall result in legal actions, and the purchaser will be resposible for any fees or costs incurred by Custom Works to obtain payment. Any purchase not paid after 30 days is subject to a 10% late fee penalty. Any purchase not paid after 45 days will be sent to collections and purchaser will be resposible for all late fees and collection charges or court fees.
Returns
Any item manufactured by Custom Works that is made to order will be treated as a special order. All special order parts are not returnable. All Custom Works products sold are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Any part that has been installed, modified, or damaged by purchaser cannot be returned under any circumstances. All items not manufactured by Custom Works that are drop shipped are subject to the return policy of manufacturer who drop shipped them. Custom Works can provide return information for any of its manufacturers upon request. Custom Works MUST approve all returns prior to return shipping or refund. Custom Works return address below, please put a note in the shipment explaining who you are and why you are returning or a copy of your invoice.

Liability
All products manufactured by Custom Works are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Custom Works is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the department of transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/ highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. All items not manuctured by Custom Works shall fall under the liability terms of the manufacturer. Please contact Custom Works for manufacturers liability information. Custom Works suggest that all parts be installed by professionals where applicable. Some special tools and knowledge may be required. Please contact Custom Works immediately if any issues arise, or assistance is needed.
